REFUND POLICY
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we'll cancel it for you with a full refund. After 24 hours, orders are already in production and cannot be cancelled.
Returns
We want you to love what you receive! Please note that colors may appear slightly different on your screen than in person.
We accept returns of unworn jewelry and unused pottery within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with original packaging. During the December holiday season (orders from November 15th to December 15th) , the return window extends to 30 days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
Please contact us through our contact form to initiate a return. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide return instructions and our mailing address.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. The refund will include the product cost only.
Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us right away with photos. We'll work with you to make it right—either through a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings that have been worn (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- Gift cards
